In your FoodObox-surprise, you will find a delicious snack left over. You will find out the exact contents of the box when you go to pick it up on site. The description in the mobile app will give you guidance on what to expect, and the filters will guide you further.

Log in to the app to find the sites near you. Keep your box and pick it up at the specified pick-up window. Pay on the spot at the restaurant. Smile because you gave food a second life.

As the exact contents of your box are a surprise, we cannot provide you with exact nutritional and allergen information. You can ask the object directly about them by phone or on the spot. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients – share the products in the box with family and friends. Shared food is sweeter!

We are currently working hard on expanding our partner network throughout the country. Therefore, if there are still no registered establishments near you, please check again in a few days.

If you want to help us get to you faster, we would be happy if you could recommend an establishment that would need us. The FoodObox mobile app is completely free and available for iOS and Android.

You can start saving food as soon as you download the app and sign up – Android or Apple. In the application, you will see which objects offer “surprise boxes” around you. You need to reserve your surprise box and pick it up from the site within the specified time slot. Payable on the spot. When receiving it, it is necessary to press “I got the Box” from the “Orders” menu in the application.

At the moment, payments are made in cash or with POS on site.

At the moment we do not offer a delivery option, but what could be better than taking your daily steps by rescuing a “surprise box” from an object near you.

Yes. When picking up the requested “surprise box”, it is necessary to provide the PIN code of the order, which is visible in the “Orders” menu in the application. If you want someone else to collect your box, you must provide them with this code.

You can cancel your order by opening the Foodobox app and clicking on the “Orders” menu at the bottom right. You will see your orders. Click on the one you wish to cancel and select “Cancel” to cancel it. You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes before the start of the collection time.

It is not required, but it is desirable. In this way, we reduce pollution with single-use plastics.
